Gavir Wax Melts

Use only with a warmer designed for wax melts, following its instructions and the product safety label. Do not overfill or add water. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts and flammable materials.

Electric warmers do not use an open flame. Tealight burners do; use only the tealight size specified by the burner manufacturer. Never leave a warmer in use unattended. Keep away from children and pets.

Allow wax and the warmer to cool before handling or removing wax. Dispose of used wax with household waste, never down a drain. Do not eat or apply to skin.

For ordinary non-personalised online purchases, notify us within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within another 14 days. A reason is optional. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind where disclosed before purchase.

You may inspect products as you would in a shop. Burning a candle, melting wax or using fragrance goes beyond inspection; we may make a lawful deduction for the resulting loss in value. Clearly personalised items are normally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Sale and ordinary handmade items retain their statutory rights.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, contact office.gavir@gmail.com. We cover reasonable return costs and provide the remedy required by law. There is no 48-hour deadline that removes your statutory rights.

See our Refund Policy for full details, refund timing and the optional cancellation form.
