UK delivery charges

Standard delivery: £4.91.

Free standard delivery on qualifying orders over £50.

Express delivery: £5.90 where available.

The services available for your address, delivery estimates and total charge are shown at checkout before payment. Premium services are not included in the free standard delivery offer.

Processing and delivery estimates

Unless a product page or checkout states a different agreed lead time, allow 2–4 business days for preparation and 3–5 business days for standard delivery after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Express refers to the delivery service after dispatch; it does not automatically shorten production or preparation time. Personalised or pre-order items may have a different lead time, which must be stated before purchase.

We will contact you if we cannot meet the agreed delivery arrangements. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected.

Destinations and international orders

We deliver only to destinations for which a service is available at checkout. International availability, charges and estimates depend on the address and products ordered. If no delivery service appears for your address, contact office.gavir@gmail.com before ordering. Do not assume a UK free-delivery offer applies internationally. Any applicable import charges and customs arrangements should be checked before placing an international order.

Tracking and address details

We send dispatch information and tracking details where available. Please check your address before payment and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Missing, delayed or damaged parcels

Contact office.gavir@gmail.com with your order number if a parcel is missing, delayed or arrives damaged. Photographs of damage and packaging can help, where available. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by law. Reporting a problem after 48 hours does not remove your statutory rights. For our arranged delivery, goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person you nominate to receive them.
