Shopping with GAVIR

These terms apply to orders at www.gavir.online. Prices are in GBP; payment options, delivery charges and any discounts are shown before payment. Please check your chosen product, size and delivery address. Handmade pieces may vary slightly, but must match their description. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund the affected items.

Delivery

UK standard delivery is £4.91, with free standard delivery on qualifying orders over £50. Express is £5.90 where available. Check the Shipping Policy and checkout for services and delivery estimates. Contact us if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged so we can help resolve it.

Cancellations and returns

We offer the cancellation and remedies required by UK consumer law, without an additional satisfaction guarantee. For ordinary non-personalised goods, notify us within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days. You may tell us your reason, but it is optional. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind where disclosed before purchase. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

You may inspect items as you would in a shop. Burning a candle or using wax or fragrance goes beyond inspection; a lawful deduction may be made for the resulting loss in value. Clearly personalised goods are normally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Handmade status alone does not create this exception.

For a cancelled whole order, the refund includes basic outward delivery, but not the extra cost of a premium service. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. See our Refund Policy for the process. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Using our products

Follow the product's safety label. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles and fragrance products away from children and pets. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, except where the law makes us responsible. We do not exclude liability for our negligence causing death or personal injury, fraud or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
